Or course It’s a myth that All section 8 tenants tear up your property and its an ignorant way of thinking. But the truth is the renters as a whole don’t have the same thought process when it comes to a property as buyers.

  2. @whispersththeal you need to find a private investor willing to lend you 100% of the Acquisition and Rehab money. That usually means they will want a big piece of the action. But 50% of something is better than 100& of nothing!
